Boiler-Tek's key personnel in supervisory positions have more than 140 combined years experience in on-site boiler repair supervision, heavy industrial maintenance and shut-down projects. The company can provide planning, consulting, management, crew supervision, coordination and all related services for on-site projects. Safety and quality controls are of paramount focus, with a program of enforced rules, regulations and procedures administered by a safety and quality control director including with on-site inspection and follow-up of every project.
Boiler-Tek, Inc. is fully certified to construct, repair and/or rebuild power or recovery boilers for power plants, paper mills, petro-chemical facilities, and industrial gas plants and refineries.
Boiler-Tek has the equipment and facilities to fabricate ASME Code (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) vessels and pressure parts, as well as handling all types of metal, piping and steel structure fabrication projects. The company is fully licensed and certified for construction and repair of power plant-sized industrial boilers and pressure vessels, and for altering and upgrading existing boilers, evaporators, heat exchangers and condenser equipment.
Boiler-Tek maintains an excellent safety record, winning the government's second highest safety rating award, the Salute Safety Award from the US Army Corps of Engineers.
