Safety and Quality Assurance
Boiler-Tek, Inc has a commitment to safety and quality, with a program of enforced rules, regulations and procedures administered by our safety and quality control directors, with on site inspection and follow-up of every project. All employees should assume the responsibility for their own safety while using good judgment to help prevent injuries to themselves and their co-workers.
Drug and Alcohol Program
Boiler-Tek, Inc enforces a drug and alcohol prevention program consisting of pre-employment screening of all production employees and random drug testing of all employees throughout the year. We maintain a zero tolerance policy.
Insurance and Bonding
Boiler-Tek, Inc is fully insured with $10,000,000 of General Liability, Automotive Liability and Employer's Liability insurance. Boiler-Tek Inc. maintains Workers Compensation insurance utilizing "A" rated insurance carriers that meet or exceed the statutory requirements of all states in which we perform work.
Boiler-Tek Inc. can provide contract surety (bonding) for multi-million dollar construction, repair or alteration projects.
Boiler-Tek, Inc. is fully licensed, certified and qualified to repair and construct industrial boilers and pressure vessels, and to fabricate, make alterations and upgrade existing boilers, evaporators, heat exchangers and condenser equipment.
